Cameron is 20 months old now. Can you believe it? I sure can't. It seems like only yesterday he was a new member of our family. Now he is running around, chasing Keegan, bugging Keegan, getting into everything and trying to be more independant that I am ready for.
He is still my sweetheart. He loves people and he loves to give kisses and group hugs. He has started giving eskimo kisses so nighttime routines are now hugs, then kisses, then eskimo kisses then another hug.
He loves to cuddle up and watch his favorite movies Cars and Wall-E.
He looks up to his brother and wants to do EVERYTHING he does and he his Daddy's little man. The minute Delton walks through that door, mommy doesn't exist. I don't mind. He just loves his Dad but when he is hurt or tired, Mommy is still his favorite.
So I was a little behind on getting his 18 month pictures done, so we are just calling these his 20 months. He wasn't to fond of the photographer but she got a few smiles out of him. She would tell him to blow at the camera and when he did she would make the flash go off. Cameron thought that was hilarious.

My mom and dad
So I was lucky enough to have my parents here over the holidays. They got to stay at Heather's which is always a great way to save money. I would love to have had them here but Heather had a little more room and she has a dog that doesn't shed. So needless to say we were almost always over there. I love seeing my parents but in a way it is always bittersweet because they have to go home sooner or later. I miss them terriblely and I know it will be awhile till I see them again. So I try to make the most out of their visits and hope that the time doesn't fly by too quickly. I know Delton and I made the right decision when we decided to come back to Idaho after living in Cali but not having my parents here is still as hard has it was when we moved. They are wonderful parents and the support they have for me is immoveable. Maybe one day they will follow the rest of us up here to Idaho.
Anyways...my Dad is turning 60 this month so during Christmas we decided to have a little early birthday celebration for him. We got portraits done, just him and his daughters, and they turned out really well. Maybe one of these days I will scan them in so I can share but don't hold your breath. We will see.
We then took him to Olive Garden. That was his choice and a great choice it was. We all enjoyed our dinners.
Of course we had to have Olive Garden sing to him. We had to try and embarass him even though I don't think it worked. Oh well.
It was too bad Delton and Ken weren't able to be there but we all still had fun without them. We were hoping to go play lazer tag that night too but a HUGE storm rolled in so we decided we should go do it another day. So we left Olive Garden and headed home. Olive Garden is in Idaho Falls which is about 25 minutes from Heathers and about 40 minutes from my house. It took us 2 hours to get to Heathers and then just 30 to get to mine. The storm was AWFUL! We had to drive 25 miles an hour and even then you couldn't see the road. Heather was scared and I was scared too. She was following me so I tried to act brave but who knows if I really pulled it off. My hands and back were sore the next day from being so tight through the drive.
We made it home safely so we were able to head off a few days later to play Lazer tag at Blast Off. Dad was already to go. Can't you tell he is shooting Cora already!
This is the gang that got to play. Delton and my mom stayed out to watch Cameron and Kenzie. We didn't want to worry about Cameron getting run over so Delton volunteered.
We all had a blast shotting each other. The girls and Keegan thought it was great. Keegan was a little afraid that there would be people jumping out at him in the dark. So the guy who was helping us get our gear on let me take the kids through the playing field to show them that it was just us in there. Keegan didn't like the haunted houses during Halloween so he thought any dark place was going to be like that. Once we showed them around we were ready to go. The kids took off and shot anybody and everybody. It was great. It really was just alot of fun. Keegan still is asking when we can go back. After words we just talked while we let the kids play around and try to pose for the perfect picture. Well at least they tried!
Here is just all of us taking abreak to get a picture. We actually have ALL of us, the guys and all.
Cameron feel in love with the ball pit. My dad is such a great grandpa he spent most of the time playing in, yes he went IN, the ball pit with Cameron. I don't have any pictures of that yet but when I get them off the other disk you just have to see it.
Delton is the quiet type so he just hung out with everyone, just watching. He did take some time out of watching to enjoy tickle time with Keegan.
Of course I had to get some pics of everyone else. Heather and Ken just hanging out hoping Kenzie stays asleep.
shhh...she is still sleeping...and sleeping...and sleeping. I bet you Heather is wondering why Kenzie can't sleep like this at home.
My mom and Bri hanging out. Look at Bri's tummy...isn't it cute?
Dad chit chatting with the employees. That is one thing I love about my dad he can make friends anywhere and he treats everyone he meets like a friend.
So I hope that we made my dad's birthday a little bit special even though it was a little early. I had fun, the kids had fun and it was memorable.

It's Christmas
Christmas has come and gone but the memories are still freshly in my mind. Cameron and Keegan had a wonderful christmas. Of course they loved all of their presents and everyday they are still constantly playing with them. They are running through the house shooting each other with their nerf guns, Cameron is practicing using his power tools and Gabby is still chewing up her new toys. We were lucky to have both set of grandparents here in Idaho at the same time. So we spent Christmas morning just us, then we went over to Bud and Sheila's and opened more gifts there. Cameron was afraid of Mickey at first. He wouldn't even get close to it. So Grandpa, being Grandpa, chased Cameron around the house with Mickey until Cameron turned to him and gave Mickey a HUGE hug. It was cute. Now he walks around the house giving Mickey loves all the time. After some yummy prime rib we headed to Heathers for more presents and a yummy ham dinner. By 5:00 that night we were stuffed! My mom and dad came up and was staying with Heather so we got to spend alot of time with them too. Of course I wish there was more time in a day so we had more time with both grandparents but we tried our best. Cameron and Keegan misses both of them so much it has been hard having them both in different states. This Christmas was very special and memorable and thanks to both sides of the family for making it so special. We love you all!!

A Christmas Gift
So my sisters and I decided for my parents Christmas gift we got some portraits done of just us 3 and then us 3 with all of the kids. My mom has a picture of us 3 when we were teenagers and it was a doggy pile. We all just jumped on each other and the photographer took the picture. My mom loved it so we decided to try and duplicate it somewhat. It was quite interesting. We were laughing, the photographer was laughing, it was just a good time. With Bri being pregnant, she couldn't be on the bottom and Heather had to hold Kenzie so I was the lucky one on the bottom, again. It's ok, it was all for fun. The pictures turned out really well. I'm pretty sure mom and dad loved them.

Christmas Eve
So I know this has already come and gone but I just haven't been in the mood to do this blog. Just one more resolution I added to my list. So Christmas Eve was spent at Heathers house. We had a great turkey dinner and it was just a good time. We all hung out since my mom and dad were up here. I miss having everyone together so when we do get together, it is just...memorable.
Delton had fun holding both babies while we cooked. Kenzie wasn't quite sure about him, but she warmed right up.
So after we left Heather's, we got home and the boys got to open their Christmas Eve gifts. Cameron wasn't quite sure what to do at first but he got the hang of it after the first rip.
Of course Keegan has had plenty of practice and he ripped right into his. It is always great to see how happy kids get by just opening their gifts. Christmas magic before Christmas.
Cameron was just LOVING his pj's. He got Elmo and Wall-E and of course he had to
wear Wall-E. Actually the first thing he said Christmas morning was "Wall-E" and he patted his stomach. It was really cute. He loves Wall-E.
After they opened their gifts we had to pose infront of the cookies for Santa. Keegan kept asking if Santa will eat his cookies before he delivers our presents or does he eat them on the sleigh or after? What if he is full? What happens then? It was cute. He was so full of questions that night. I loved seeing Christmas through his eyes this year. Last year was the first time he really understood Santa but this year he wanted to know EVERYTHING.
