Delton's Toe

Since I know everyone wants to take a look at Delton's toe...I have granted your wish!! :) Well I just thought maybe someone out there is curious. So here you go, hopefully you don't get grossed out by his feet! He is doing a little better. It is still really sore but he isn't hobbling around as much. He is about done with the "shoe" but hopefully I can keep him in it for a little longer.

Crazy Night

On Friday night, Bri, Stacey and I were going to take Heather out for her birthday. Girls night out with no kids, YEAH!!! So we all left around 4:30 and headed to Rigby to this great steakhouse called Stockman's. Right when we were getting off the highway I get a phone call from Delton. He goes about asking where we were and I asked him why? Well he broke his toe and it was sitting completely sideways from his foot. Needless to say Stacey and Heather was nice enough to drive me back to Rexburg to get my car from Heather's house and go grab Delton and the boys and take him to the ER. Luckily for Heather she still got the night out with Bri and Stacey. Delton ended up pushing his toe back in before I got there and the doctor was surprised that he did. I guess he lined up the break just perfectly so the Doctor didn't have to do anything. Maybe we should have asked him to pay us instead!! ;) Of course they can't do anything about a broken pinkie toe so Delton just has to wear a hard sole medical boot on that foot for 4-6 weeks in till the bone heals. So he is my gimpy husband right now and it is too cute. He feels really bad about me missing my night out so he is actually going to make Heather and I a gourmet meal tonight. He is a fanstastic cook and I can't wait!!
